The Role

Job Description

Test Manager with Workday, Oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter and Finance application testing in Insurance Landscape.
15+ Years exp in Testing and possess good Test Management Skills
Proficiency in creating and executing test strategy, Test plan and test cases.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Strong London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 10 years experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role.
You have working knowledge of Test manager, workday finance, oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter, Finance application testing, Test Management and Test strategies
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
