What Will You Do

Utilize expertise in Figma and an advanced understanding of UI/UX to create high-quality designs and prototypes
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly design solutions
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Manage a small team of 2-5 designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

What Experience And Skills Do You Need

Bachelor's degree in design or related field
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of design systems
Previous experience working in B2B startups is preferred
Experience managing a team is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
