Senior UI/UX Designer

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop Ul mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images,

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Required Skills:7 Years - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
7 Years - Proven experience working on a variety of
design projects involving web based applications 5 Years - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g.
5 Years - Up-to-date knowledge and hands on working experience of design software like Ao Illustrator and Photoshop.
7 Years - Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting

a sense of urgency; independently identify options. 7 Years - Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Desired Skills: 7 Years - Business knowledge and experience implementing SNAP and other federal programs as per the policy requirements.
5 Years - Experience designing applications using the social services products
4 Years - Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI
3 Years - Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development 2 Years - Experience designing applications using low
code no code technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft
dynamics and others. 2 Years - Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing
