My client in DC is searching for a Senior UX Designer who possesses a comprehensive understanding of user experience design principles, product development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: • Apply design thinking and human-centred design principles to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives. • Conduct Journey Mapping, Ethnography, Usability Research, and Testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Utilize Prototyping, Wireframing, and Visual QA techniques to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs. • Leverage SAFe Agile methodology to contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories. • Utilize requirements tracking tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks and ensure timely delivery. • Utilize design tools such as Figma to create and iterate on designs, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the process. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and methodologies continuously.
