What is a day in the life of a Senior UX Designer?

Take full ownership of the design process for assigned projects and/or features, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business objectives, and establish the rationale behind each design initiative

Conduct user research and customer discovery, and validate designs through usability testing, customer feedback and technical feasibility

What is the team like?

This is an individual contributor position that will work in close collaboration with a Product Manager and one or more engineering teams within the Current Technology business. Collectively, the Senior UX Designer and their product and engineering collaborators will focus on a consistent set of product areas, so as to foster domain expertise, team camaraderie and advanced problem solving. This role reports to Current’s Senior Product Designer, based in the Lehi, UT, headquarters. The new hire will partner closely with the Senior Product Designer to establish design and usability as competitive advantages of the Current product.
