Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress-based websites and applications.
  • Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• PHP Development:
  • Develop robust and scalable backend solutions using PHP.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing PHP codebase for improved performance and efficiency.
• JavaScript Development:
  • Design and implement dynamic and interactive front-end features using JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional web applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in JavaScript development.
• Code Quality and Documentation:
  • Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through code reviews and testing.
  • Document code and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in technology selection.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on WordPress, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins development.
• Expertise in PHP and experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with responsive design and mobile development.
• Solid understanding of web development best practices and coding standards.
