Responsibilities include:
• Support Workday deployments and AMS/production customers across HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation Workstreams.
• Will need to be able to provide recommendations and best practices for global compensation and advanced compensation functionality (merit, bonus, and stocks).
• Lead design, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM/Compensation and Advanced Compensation related work items while remaining flexible to clients' changing needs.
• Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.
• Supporting pre-sales activities around scoping and SME around defined modules What you need:
• At least 5-7 years of hands-on Workday experience with 3+ years of recent experience around implementing and supporting HCM, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas.
• HCM, Comp and Advanced Compensation active certification (within last 2 years) is preferred to allow candidate to be added to Workday customer scorecard for project work.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition, phase X, etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise- from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live/AMS support.
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of above-mentioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
