Essential Skills
- 3+ years of primary and expert level of experience around patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM
- Ability to troubleshoot the Windows Server Operating System and analysis during incidents
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate, improve patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs
- Conceptual understanding on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP roles.
- Documentation authoring experience.
