Job Description

 

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow
  • Should carry at least 1 mainline ServiceNow certification
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM and FSM modules on ServiceNow
  • Understanding of Client Scripts, Business Rules, Server side scripting etc.
  • Experience with RDBMS technologies like MS SQL, Oracle or MariaDB (preferred)
  • Hands on with any Linux distribution - RHEL preferred
  • Understanding of infra concepts like Firewalls, Load Balancers, Hardware sizing etc.
  • Experience in working in support projects with strict SLAs
  • Experience with customer interaction on multiple Support issues
  • Experience on other ITSM tools a plus
