AWS Experience
Amazon Connect MUST HAVE
Apex 
Trigger pattern best practice
APEX design patterns (Domain, Selector, Service)
Lightning Web Components
Omni Studio 
Security Model Concepts (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules) 
Data Model Concepts (relationship types)
Custom Metadata Types & Custom Settings
Aspects of platform authentication & authorization (OAuth & SSO)
Connected App configuration
Auth Provider configuration
Understanding of the various platform APIs, as this role will involve a level of engagement with an EPAM integration team
REST API
Connect API
Platform events
Bulk API
Composite API
DevOps Experience (ideally with Copado, but any tooling)
Comfortable with peer code review, engaging in governance processes & following best practice 
Comms & Personal 
There will be a large program with multiple teams, some technical commas between the teams (esp integration) will be required in sprint
Good interpersonal skills
