Key Responsibilities

Receive, prioritize, and assign customer service requests
Maintain data in work order system and process financial transactions
Prepare accurate reports
Monitor progress and timelines of service requests
Manage contractor listings and external audit schedules
Ensure timely completion of safety reporting and communication

About You

Experience in administration / help desk related activities. 
High level of customer service skills. 
Demonstrated computer literacy in both windows and business-based applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships.
