Roles and responsibilities:

· Experience in program management for large end-to-end Infrastructure and cloud programs

· Service delivery management covers all aspects of IT infrastructure projects, like SLA management, governance, stakeholder management, contract management, quality of service, and implementing service improvement.

· Experience in managing entire Infrastructure components like Server, Storage, databases, networks, end-user computing and service desk

· Experience cloud models like LaaS, PaaS and SaaS

· Should possess expertise and certification in one Infrastructure components like Server, Storage, database or network

· Strong experience with on-premises or private cloud infrastructure services.

· Should understand service management contract

· Experience with a project management methodology such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc.

· Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Experience in customer service and the ability to provide a professional interface with the user community. Good interpersonal skills.

· Experience in driving Infrastructure transformation projects

· Experience in driving continuous improvements and Innovation

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to clients and company supervisors.

 

Years of Experience:

· Overall, 15+ years of experience and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects.
