Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Experience in program managing large end to end Infrastructure and cloud programs

2. Service delivery management covering all aspects of IT Infrastructure projects like SLA management, Governance, Stakeholder management, contract management, Quality of service and implementing service improvement.

3. Experience in managing entire Infrastructure components like Server, Storage, database, network, end-user computing and service desk

4. Experience cloud models like laaS, PaaS and SaaS

5. Should possess expertise & certification in one Infrastructure components like Server, Storage, database or network

6. Strong experience with On-Prem / Private Cloud Infrastructure services.

7. Should have understanding of service management contract

8.Experience with a project management methodology such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc.

9. Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Experience in customer services and the ability to providea professional interface with the user community. Good interpersonal skills.

10. Experience in driving Infrastructure transformation projects

11. Experience in driving continuous improvements and Innovation

12. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to client and company supervisors.

 

Years of Experience:

•Overall 15+ years of experience and minimum 8+ years of experience in managing large Infrastructure projects.
