  • Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role.
  • Knowledge of standard hardware and software
  • Knowledge of networking topologies
  • Basic understanding of IT systems/data security
  • A+, Network+, Security+, MDAA, ITIL Foundation or similar certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio
