Job Description:
Duties: Okta is growing and scaling our integrations to cover the top critical apps for the industry. To do that, we need to grow our partnerships with ISVs, or Independent Service Vendors, to help build those integrations with Okta. ISVs are software producers, like Atlassian, Slack, VMware, and more, who want to integrate Okta SSO and other integration types into their software product.
Today, there's an opportunity to build out more support and incentives for ISVs' partnership with us, and we're hoping to create a program that addresses this. Currently, our team has been mapping out the ideal journey for ISVs, creating tiered incentives, improving the flow to submit integrations, building out marketing pages on okta.com, and understanding where in the journey we need to improve for ISVs.
All these initiatives would benefit from a system lens to understand the holistic journey and coordinate the efforts happening across Okta teams. We want to create a common language within Okta about how we create for and speak to ISVs.

Goals & Deliverables for project
• An end to end ISV service journey map, working closely with our cross functional team of stakeholders and best practices from other programs
• Proposals for how to improve the journey in short, medium, and long term phases, as well as managing and supporting the execution of those projects
• Recommendations for how to improve our developer docs and other artifacts that support our ISV ecosystem, such as marketing pages, program guides, product enhancements, and more as the project evolves
• Facilitating and guiding research activities as needed to understand and test artifacts with ISVs
• Design and facilitate co-creation design workshops as well as align stakeholders with varying seniority across Okta on developing the best services and artifacts for our customers
• Represent your work in the form of compelling stories that motivate others to solve complex needs with your insights
Skills: Who we're looking for
• You have experience leading cross-discipline teams and exemplify strong leadership.
• You have multiple tools to help map out user journeys and end to end experiences.
• You have a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• You are passionate about solving complex problems, crafting and sharing product and design UX principles to help teams deliver cohesive user experiences.
• You're comfortable (and excited by!) presenting and working closely with senior level stakeholders and leadership.
• You have a history of effective communication with all levels of management and company personnel
• You're able to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently
• You have effective decision making and problem solving capabilities while working with constraints
Nice to haves
• Ability to facilitate cross-discipline research to drive clarity and decision making
• Experience working with ISVs or a Saas company
