Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, designers, and business analysts, to define service requirements and objectives.
Lead end-to-end service design projects, from initial research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and brand objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
Define service blueprints, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content strategists to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall service experience.
Ability to quickly map out processes (in Figma) from stakeholders and look at optimizing experiences.
Help solve design challenges that may hamper client and customer experiences.
Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer is beneficial
