Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, designers, and business analysts, to define service requirements and objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end service design projects, from initial research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and brand objectives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
  • Define service blueprints, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content strategists to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall service experience.
  • Ability to quickly map out processes (in Figma) from stakeholders and look at optimizing experiences.
  • Help solve design challenges that may hamper client and customer experiences.
  • Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer is beneficial
  • A design portfolio and must be able to walk through their work
