Your responsibilities
- processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service,
- diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them,
- forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
- ensuring the quality of communication,
- registering and analyzing reports,
- suggesting improvements and optimizations.
Our requirements
- fluency in English (at least B2).
- high-level communication skills,
- familiarity with computer hardware construction,
- knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package,
- team-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
Educational background as an information technology technician.
