Client requires to maintain service desk with L1 level support, which is a 24X7 operation.

Responsibilities

 

  • Root cause analysis
  • RunBook preparation
  • Search and document issues
  • Server and Application log analysis

     

Qualification And Skills

 

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of L1 support
  • Exposure to Python and Java scripting
  • Scripting in Bash and Powershell
  • Familiar with ADO and JIRA
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
