Job Description
- ServiceNow Architect / Technical Lead to own the technical governance and solution design of ServiceNow suites for a prominent global company.
- The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow implementation, expansion, and differentiated service management offering.
Responsibilities
- Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.
- Employee Center design and implementation approach.
- Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instance.
- Provide support of custom applications development and migration.
- Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
- Worked on CSM, WSD, SPM, SecOps suites.
- Develop methodologies for development, deployment, and improvement of designed solutions.
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.
- 3+ years' experience with Java Script required.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
- Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.
- Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
- Knowledge of SecOps applications required.
- Knowledge of integration Hub required.
- Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory required.
- Hands-on experience with HTML coding required.
- Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
- Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development.
- Expert in working on Performance Analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
- Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB.
- Ability and willingness to lead.
