Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out of the box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript and GlideAjax.
Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
Custom app development on ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating requirements for IT and business needs.
7+ yrs experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification
Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST)
Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations.
