Job Summary
5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience

Overall 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development and implementation

Certified Master Architect certification preferred

Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform and applications, Java Scripting, ServiceNow native development architecture, data governance etc

Strong understanding of ITIL concepts

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices 8. Help define, guide, and support the execution of clients technical governance processes 9. Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model 10. Assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform 11. Support design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve clients desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption 12. Provide thought leadership and define ServiceNow roadmap for the client
