Required Skills
·       10 years of ServiceNow Experience
·        Demonstrated experience in:
o  Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
o  IT Service Management (ITSM) Agent Workspace
o  Any integrations using REST and SOAP in ServiceNow
o  Strong JavaScript use inside ServiceNow
o  Good knowledge of ServiceNow reporting
·       Great communication written and verbal and very positive team player

Nice to haves
·       Implement Alignment Workspace
·       Implement Virtual Agent
·       Build integration SLACK to Virtual Agent
·       Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus. 

Responsibilities:
·       Collect requirements from business stakeholders (Managers, Service Desk, and others)
·       Recommendations around best practices
Participate as part of a client lead agile team
