Service Sales AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Manager

Experience:
- 7 plus years of work experience in Direct sales, B2B sales/Corporate sales/Enterprise Sales.
- Extensive Experience in the IT Infrastructure product, catering to networking and AVBRI products along with data center and IP telephony solutions.
- Working with OEM’s like (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Gunnebo, Palo Alto, Barco, CommScope, Avaya, Microsoft, Creston, Polycom, Logitech, Plantronics, Aruba, etc.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for annual maintenance contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand Clients needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Present and promote maintenance contract offerings to clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with Clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the contract duration.
- Address clients’ inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about contract coverage, pricing, and terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical support and service delivery, to ensure efficient contract implementation and service delivery.
- Monitor contract performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or contract renewals.
Requirements
- Graduate
- Proven track record in Sales of Services from IT Hardware Products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office applications.
