Service Technician

1st month of training: First week is online then after the modules are done, they will go on site to complete on-site training

After 1st month: This is when they will start going out on their own servicing alarms

Job Description

The Service Tech will be using their own vehicle to drive to different residential homes around Columbia Maryland to service the alarms of existing customers

Job Responsibilities
Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs low voltage electrical equipment required by customer or company order

Makes connections and required adjustments as directed; test operation of all components of each system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service

Troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing, and programming existing security and site automation solutions

Promptly reports defective material or equipment, inaccuracies or omissions in job information that may result in inadequate protection for customer use.

Cleans up debris from installation, patches drill holes, and returns unused materials
