Service technician

Job Description

your tasks 

Continuous optimization , maintenance of process control technology including communication networks and control systems 

Installation, commissioning and modernization of complex plants and systems in the industrial sector 

Error analysis and documentation in the areas of Microsoft Windows, networks and process control systems with support from local and global teams 

Interface to the customer with competent representation of the company in technical questions and troubleshooting 

Supporting our customers with all system-specific questions throughout the entire life cycle of plants in the process industry 

your profile 

Technician training or studies in the field of electrical engineering/ automation engineering /computer engineering or a comparable qualification 

Experience and knowledge in the field of control, network and process control technology or process engineering  

Strong customer and service orientation combined with good communication skills  

High level of integrity , ability to work in a team, ability to learn , initiative and self-organization  

Willingness to travel, especially during the training phase 

Class B driving license 

Very good German language skills , both written and spoken, good English language skills are an advantage
