5+ years experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration

 

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.

 

Experience in ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

 

Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes.

 

Scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide scripting for ServiceNow customization.

 

Familiarity with relational databases and SQL for data management and reporting.

 

Integration experience with other systems using APIs and web services
