Role and Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Administrator at Ocean Flex International Pvt Ltd, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for the proficient administration, configuration, support, and development of our ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve:

  • Configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows to meet business requirements
  • Managing users, groups, and roles, ensuring appropriate access controls and permissions
  • Performing regular platform updates, patching, and system maintenance
  • Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Offering prompt and efficient technical support to resolve issues and answer inquiries related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution
  • Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and scripts to enhance platform functionality
  • Identifying bottlenecks and developing optimizations & customizations based on needs
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor system performance and key performance indicators
  • Innovating and developing new solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Documenting ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference
  • Providing training and guidance to end-users and colleagues on how to effectively use the ServiceNow platform
  • Working with other IT team members to drive the best adoptions and use of the ServiceNow platform
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow updates
  • Identifying opportunities for platform enhancement and efficiency improvements


 

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, applications, and scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary
  • Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies is a plus
