Description

This role will focus on administrating the company's Servicenow platform, creating governance standards and processes, validating dat accuracy and creating documentation. Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston Area in order to be considered. Responsibilities Perform operational administrative tasks on the ServiceNOW platform. Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports for business leaders. Working with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNOW Engineer to create data governance processes. Identify deprecated data or functionality and create a plan for removal.. Create documentation around data governance processes and active data points Ensure that new integrations adhere to data governance standards. Track platform licensing usage and ensure compliance. Requirements ServiceNow System Administrator certified 3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environment Candidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables and relationships CMDB knowledge, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge a must Knowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes Ability to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
