Description


3 years’ experience with administering, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management or comparable application (Required).
Prior experience with ServiceNow service catalog, workflows, user interface actions and other customizations and features (Required).
Familiar with change management and operational support processes (Required).
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and desire to learn and gain proficiency in ServiceNow platform and applications (Required).
1 Year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment (Preferred).

Education

Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required).
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
