Description

Provide reporting analytics, research, development, and data insight solutions to the Change and Release Management team through ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities. Develop world-class reporting for IT change and release management, including industry standard methods, criteria, and visualizations.Primary Responsibilities:" Design features as required by team for implementation. This may be workflows for change, release, major incidents, or problem management" Develop use case scripts for user acceptance testing and participate in validations" Fully document reporting solutions and update any relevant documentation" Support design and implementation of integration for automated reporting" Develop, document, test any required integrations with the CMDB, Major Incident mgmt.Required Qualifications:" ServiceNow Performance Analytics Admin certification " Tableau reporting experience" ITIL V4 Foundation or above " 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or admin" 3+ years of ITSM process management" 3+ years ServiceNow Performance Analytics reporting administration" Wide-ranging experience working with ITIL framework (v3 or v4)Preferred Qualifications:" ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification " ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) " 2+ years ITBM process design" 2+ years ServiceNow integrations experience" Detailed understanding of CSDM" Experience interpreting user requirements into technical documentation Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management, Analytics, ServiceNow
