Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
Service now development and implementation experience in ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, SLA, Change, CMDB & Asset)
Troubleshooting knowledge of event co-relation
Experience in development of custom modules/Application.
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX
Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integration
SNOW version upgrades
ITIL Foundation v3 certification & ServiceNow Administration certification
Working with technical teams, business partners and project managers to assess, determine and mitigate possible cross impact to proposed releases and schedule project implementations as well as determine and understand business priorities and manage expectations to support on-going business needs.
Performing the installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, intermediate to advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues.
Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages.
knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping will be added advantage.
Expertise on API integrations with other systems
