Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IRE and CMDB.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  3. Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  4. Optimize IRE processes to ensure efficient and accurate identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the ServiceNow development team.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, integrations, and best practices.
  8. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.
  9. Lead the implementation of ITAM (IT Asset Management) and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
  3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification.
  4. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  5. Extensive experience with ServiceNow IRE, CMDB, and integration technologies.
  6. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
  7. Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  8. Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  9. Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
  2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
  3. Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
  4. Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
  5. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
