Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IRE and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize IRE processes to ensure efficient and accurate identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the ServiceNow development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, integrations, and best practices.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.
- Lead the implementation of ITAM (IT Asset Management) and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow IRE, CMDB, and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
