Job Description

          ServiceNow Solution Architects are responsible for architecture and driving implementation, integration of the ServiceNow CSM with other modules of ServiceNow as well as with the internal and external systems. This position conducts system design activities to ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. The Solution Architect will conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and will design systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems.

 

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in designing complex systems integrating products like ServiceNow with Telecom Enterprise Architecture.
  • At least 5+ implementation experience of ServiceNow CSM, TSM, ITSM and UI builder

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Experience in ServiceNow Architecture , CSM Platform capabilities, configuration, Integration, Transform Map, REST API Explorer, Workspace, Dashboard and UI builder
  • Experience in ServiceNow solutioning, system Integration and data security and aligning the solution across multiple Agile Release Trains and Suppliers.
  • Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.
  • Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows, in collaboration with Senior developers and other dependent roles.
  • Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements
  • Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements
  • Participate in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities
  • Investigate and scope change requests to determine the scale of work to be done and estimate the timeframe and input required
  • Conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems
  • Enable and ensure that system architecture is delivered in the form of robust and scalable solutions to business problems and needs
  • Specify the solutions functional and technical requirements, and implementation phases required in order to deliver on and solve complex business problems
  • Implement architectural governance, standards, metrics for measuring, monitoring and improving architecture
  • Should have experience in Performance Analysis and Health Check.
  • Ensure team members understand system architectural implications of requirements
