Note : Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp
- ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc
- Experience with system administration
- Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities
- Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies
- Experience with various integrations & APIs.
- Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
- Perform POCs
- Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map
- Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance
