About the Role:

This is a full-time remote role as a ServiceNow Architect located for our client based in London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing the configuration management database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform and architecting solutions to optimize IT asset management processes.

 

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the configuration management database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform
Architecting solutions to optimize IT asset management processes


Required Skills:

Experience in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
Strong understanding of configuration management databases (CMDB) and IT asset management
Ability to architect and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions to meet business requirements
Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices
Certifications in ServiceNow Administration or Implementation is a plus
