JOB TITLE - SERVICENOW ARCHITECT ( CTA / CMA)

Overview

Hexaware is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to oversee implementation and continuously consult our client on best practices and new features being introduced on ServiceNow for some of our large global clients that make extensive use of native products and custom applications built on ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering.

Responsibilities

Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.
Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications
Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
Experienced in defining coding standards, leading upgrades , health scans
Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviews
Ability to design end to end solutions to customer requirements
Provide support of custom applications development and migration
Support Virtual Agent configuration and development
Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development
Worked on any 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules
Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB
Knowledge of integration Hub and flow designer is a MUST.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps , App Engine , PA.
Active CTA /CMA is mandatory


Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required
At least 2 of the below required along with an Active CTA or CMA :
CIS – ITSM certification preferred
Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferred
CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferred
CIS – Human Resources certification preferred
CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferred
CIS – CSM certification preferred
CIS – Security Incident Response certification preferred
CIS – Vulnerability Response certification preferred
Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
Self-starter and innovator and willingness to lead.
