ServiceNow architect

This search will be for an ITOM Senior Technical Consultant (Architect) for the state of Ohio.  This seasoned ITOM TC needs to be on site in the DAS data center 2 days/week and must be a US citizen and/or green card holder. We will need PDFs of his/her SN certs. The expectation is that this ITOM SME will start 1/1/24. We can look at the Engineer level if someone is Senior in general skillsets with infrastructure skills like Active Directory, Windows Servers, etc. Looking for more of an Engineer level vs Architect.

Other things to attract:

Enterprise platform with over 4000 fulfillers from 20 different agencies; we are currently discovering configuration items for the entire Statewide network (OhioOne).
Maturing the enterprise CMDB for the State of Ohio is a strategic objective; this candidate would participate in the Statewide Steering Committee meetings (quarterly) as a technical advisor to the CIOs and Senior Leaders on that Steering Committee. This candidate needs to be able to communicate technical concepts and information to Executives to influence and guide their decision making.
CMDB360 approach – multiple electronic discovery sources in production, however, need to be brought up to current leading practices with additional IRE configurations and CMDB Health.
