Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances
Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications
Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
Experienced in defining coding standards, leading upgrades , health scans
Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviews
Ability to design end to end solutions to customer requirements
Provide support of custom applications development and migration
Support Virtual Agent configuration and development
Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development
Worked on any 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules
Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB
Knowledge of integration Hub and flow designer is a MUST
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps , App Engine , PA
