Performs as an integral team member and key technical authority for the field services modernization leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Ensures that the solution meets the client's requirements, is architecturally complete, and architectural risks are quantified, addressed and mitigated.
Ensures that the solution aligns with and utilizes the Client best practices for ServiceNow configuration.
Responsibilities:
Fills a primary technical architect functional role to define, build, deploy and document a quality solution that meet the client specific requirements.
Leads technical presentations to client including features, implementation approach, technical requirements, impacts, and benefits.
Is responsible for the solution integrity when implementing the ServiceNow platform with other Client tools including integrations and solutions.
Maintains knowledge of ServiceNow standards and design techniques.
Assumes accountability for the solution design and the successful deployment of the full solution.
May include hands-on development, design, prototyping and/or other efforts required to keep the project on a successful track.
Collaborates with architect peers to efficiently resolve design issues, improve design quality and share high quality information
Responsible for architectural optimization and architectural design modifications for the field services modernization solution that utilizes the IT Service Management suite within ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of technical architect experience
3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Service Management Suite
