Client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join a prestigious client based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in areas such as Field Service Management (FSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Policy & Compliance, and Customer Service Management (CSM). As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design efforts to ensure the effective and efficient use of the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business goals and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow modules including FSM, IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, and CSM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct regular system reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Mentor and guide junior team members in the effective use of ServiceNow.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Support the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects within scope and budget.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with hands-on expertise in FSM, IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, and CSM modules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, integrations, and platform optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
