ServiceNow Architect/Lead/Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an 10 to 12 years experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect. The successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties to design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Architecture Road Mapping, Transformation, Planning and Solutioning for future Business Capabilities.
• Define features, phasing and technical implementation of solution requirements working closely with solution architects and application developers.
• Collaborate on technical forward-looking architecture roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead Epic Estimation and Readiness.
• Provide support to resolve technical blockers during delivery related to Epic scope and solution.
• Review overall platform stability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement service management solutions that align with business requirements.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

10 years of demonstrated experience in configuring, developing and designing ServiceNow solutions.

• Mandatory to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution architect.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow focused product backlog.
• Software Architecture, Engineering, and work estimation.
• Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs.
• Develop and communicate ServiceNow development roadmaps to the business groups.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipeline and coding standards across the team.
• Identify, revise and enhance adherence to processes and standards used within the team.
• Demonstrated experience in leading highly successful teams.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way.
• Experience in integrating with third party products is desirable.
• Minimum 3 Years of demonstrated experience in the Telecommunications sector.
• Should preferably have TSM and OMT knowledge.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
