Job Description:
Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad
Expereince: 11-14 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and alignment of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Ability to conduct process mapping and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow Performance Analytics).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITIL Foundation).
