Job Description:
Business Architect for the NOC Incident/Change/Problem/Vendor Management design and workflows
Acting as the liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team to design, test, validate, implement, and release new features and enhancements with TSM, FSM, and CMDB
Providing Design and Architecture support for TSM (Incident, Change, and Problem), FSM (Work Order Management), and CMDB

Required Skills:
ETOM/ITIL certification, ServiceNow Architect, System Administrator, or Implementor Certification
3 or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements

Education

Any Graduate
