Job duties/accountabilities
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS
- Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
- Extensive experience with Business Rules, Source Code Management, Flow Designer, and Integrations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, including building new applications and enhancing existing ones
Experience:
- Proven track record in Order Management systems
- Background in Telecom is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, review their work, providing guidance and mentorship
- Design solutions for new requirements and integrations, ensuring best coding practices are followed
- Identify gaps in existing solutions and work on improvements
- Manage stakeholder communication effectively
- Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules
