Description

Responsibilities:

Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.

Assist to provide ServiceNow solutions by working with a technical architect and support the design for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.

Help advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.

Provide support for customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution

Requirements:

ServiceNow System Administration experience

ITSM And ITOM Knowledge (ITOM Discovery Preferred)

Active Secret Clearance

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Preferred

CompTIA Security+ Certification Preferred
