Job Details:
Title: ServiceNow Developer/Architect

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI + Poly

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, and applications to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
  • Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architecture solutions that align with industry best practices.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain integration scripts and connectors.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components.
  • Implement and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and Workflow Editor.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of automation opportunities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide training and support documentation for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Architect in a complex enterprise environment.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
