Description

Location: Remote, UK working hours

Job description:

• Extensive years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on it’s implementations and integration with various third party like Azure AD, Slack etc.

• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and experience working with ITIL framework.

• Experience with integrations with ITSM tools using REST/SOAP Web Services, and MID Server

• Experience with ServiceNow platform components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.

• Experience with ServiceNow System Upgrades and Patching, with knowledge on patches and release management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
