As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for development, core configuration, and technical expertise of Client's ServiceNow implementation. You have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service, training and support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, love customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Day to day job responsibilities may include:
- Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes
- Assist in the development of IT Service Management solutions using products such as ServiceNow by customizing the product using technologies JavaScript, Jelly, web services including MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Collaborates with other developers to develop/customize applications on ServiceNow platform
- Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
- Comply with ServiceNow best practices to maintain system compliance
- Participating in User Access Test (UAT) to collect feedback from UAT Team, ITIL Process owners, Clients and fine-tune the solution
- Resolves the Defects assigned by the leads, performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects
- Deploy the code from lower environments to production environment
- Conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution and the Major/Patch Upgrade testing
- Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform
