Roles & Responsibilities:
Custom Application Development
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Customize existing ServiceNow applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Integration And Automation
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development to junior developers and team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and quality assurance practices.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Testing And Documentation
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of custom applications.
Create and maintain documentation for developed applications, including user guides and technical specifications.
Support And Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6 years of overall experience, with 3 to 4 years of direct experience in ServiceNow custom application development.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Reporting.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Flow Designer).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and database management.
