ServiceNow Developer with 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, HTML 5 and other web technologies.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, etc.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Qualifications & Technical knowledge
- 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML structural Programming, , HTML 5 and other web technologies
- Experience in developing and integrating ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, etc.
- Working knowledge of CMDB Processes
- Experience in configuring & customizing CMDB.
- Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources.
- Working knowledge on identification, classification rule in CMDB
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
- Experience in performing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
